1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern SuperNova websites, applications, marketplaces, communications services, transaction features, professional and service-provider functionality, safety features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). SuperNova is operated by Six Paths Corporation. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable to your use.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must satisfy applicable eligibility requirements and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account, subject to applicable law. You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access. SuperNova may require identity, business, professional, eligibility, or payment verification where appropriate.

3. Platform Services

SuperNova provides technology-platform functionality across applicable products, merchants, professionals, service providers, transportation and delivery services, events, communications, payment functionality, safety functionality, and other Services. Independent sellers, merchants, professionals, and service providers do not become employees of Six Paths Corporation merely because they use SuperNova. The legal relationship for a particular service depends on the applicable arrangement and law.

4. User Conduct

You may not use the Services for fraud, deception, harassment, unlawful discrimination, exploitation, unauthorized surveillance, intellectual-property infringement, unauthorized access, malicious activity, illegal transactions, or any other unlawful or prohibited conduct. You may not interfere with platform security or misuse another person’s account, data, or identity.

5. Listings, Services and User Content

Users are responsible for the legality, accuracy, rights, and permissions associated with listings, advertisements, profiles, reviews, messages, images, documents, and other content they provide. SuperNova may reasonably moderate, restrict, remove, or preserve content for enforcement, user protection, legal compliance, dispute handling, and platform integrity.

6. Transactions, Fees and Payments

Applicable transactions may include transaction charges, subscriptions, commissions, service fees, escrow-related functionality, tips, payouts, and other disclosed fees. Authorized payment processors may process payments. Refunds, cancellations, payouts, escrow releases, and disputes are subject to the rules disclosed for the applicable transaction and mandatory law.

7. Third-Party Providers

SuperNova may rely on third-party infrastructure, communications, identity-verification, payment, mapping, hosting, security, and other providers. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

8. SMS Account and Phone Verification Program

SuperNova offers an SMS program for account and mobile-number verification and related verification activity. Users enroll through SuperNova’s web-based verification process by providing a mobile telephone number and affirmatively selecting a separate SMS consent option. SMS consent is voluntary. The consent control is not selected by default. SMS consent is separate from acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

By affirmatively opting in, you authorize SuperNova to send account and phone-number verification text messages to the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies based on verification activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact Admin@Sixpathsscl.com for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to this verification program does not constitute consent for unrelated marketing messages. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent are handled under the SuperNova Privacy Policy and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Safety and Emergency Functionality

Applicable Services may provide monitoring, alerts, emergency-contact, panic, location-sharing, or related safety functionality. SuperNova is not a replacement for 911, police, fire, ambulance, coast guard, or other governmental emergency services. In an emergency, contact the appropriate governmental emergency service where available.

10. Location-Based Services

Location-dependent functionality may require device permission and processing of location information. You must use tracking and location-sharing functionality lawfully and only where you have the authority or consent required by applicable law. Disabling location access may limit applicable Services.

11. Communications

SuperNova may facilitate communications between users and service participants. You may not use communications functionality for unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, harassing, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited messaging.

12. Intellectual Property

SuperNova software, branding, interfaces, designs, documentation, and associated intellectual property are owned by Six Paths Corporation or applicable licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, these rights are not transferred to users.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also subject to the SuperNova Privacy Policy at https://staging.supernova.novachrono.ai/privacy.

14. Suspension and Termination

SuperNova may reasonably restrict, suspend, or terminate access where necessary because of fraud, security threats, legal requirements, material violations of these Terms, nonpayment, abuse, or material risk to users or the platform, subject to applicable law.

15. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. SuperNova does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universally available operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or other rights that applicable law does not permit to be waived.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Six Paths Corporation and applicable affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services where such limitation is legally permitted. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Six Paths Corporation from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your material violation of these Terms, or content, goods, or services you provide, except to the extent the claim results from conduct for which applicable law does not permit indemnification.

18. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law based on the relevant Services, parties, and legally permissible governing-law rules. Nothing in these Terms waives mandatory consumer protections, statutory rights, or jurisdictional rights that applicable law does not permit to be waived. These Terms do not create a binding arbitration requirement.

19. Changes to Services or Terms

SuperNova may reasonably update the Services or these Terms as the platform, business, law, or regulatory requirements evolve. We will provide notice where applicable law requires it. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
